Refund policy
We do not accept returns, however if you have a problem with your order, please feel free to contact us at onenessessentials@yahoo.com. Please include your receipt and proof of purchase in your email.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your email, receipt and proof of purchase, and let you know if the item is eligible for a refund, replacement or gift card to our store.
If approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
