     Many Christians have heard the story of Joseph at some point before. Whether it's from Sunday School or the popular motion film, Joseph: King of Dreams.

     I wonder how many Christians have truly taken time to analyze Joseph's life? How does this story apply to me? It is after all written in the Bible, which means that God placed it there for a purpose to give us some sort of guidance.

It is 5:30AM on a Wednesday as I type this. The house is quiet and I’ve already showered and dressed for the day, set out breakfast for my littles and all but pressed start on the coffee maker for my husband’s coffee.

My heart is overflowing this morning with gratefulness to God. He has been so good, so faithful and so merciful! When I look back over the course of my life, the ups and the downs, I can see the handprint...

Oh my hands! With all the cleaning and hand washing I’ve been doing...my skin has taken a hit so I decided to do something about it. I exfoliated and moisturized and it made ALL the difference!

Here’s the steps I took:
Step 1: Take a small amount of a gentle exfoliant and place it in your hand (sugar or salt scrubs are nice). There are lots of great scrubs out there! 

Step 2: Wash your hands with your scrub. Pay special attention to any extra dry spots. If your scrub is emulsified, meaning it has a soap in it already, you don’t...
